Joseph (Joe) Androski – Of Counsel

Joe Androski serves as Of Counsel to Androski Law Firm, bringing over 20 years of diverse legal experience to the firm. A retired Marine judge advocate, Joe has served in leadership, litigation, and advisory roles at the highest levels of military law and within the broader defense and government legal community. His background includes serving as managing counsel for a death‑penalty client at Guantanamo Bay, senior ethics counsel for the Department of the Navy, and holding numerous trial and defense positions within the Marine Corps legal system.

Joe has tried jury cases, handled hundreds of courts‑martial and administrative boards, and served in deployed environments while providing legal counsel under demanding conditions. His career also includes advising senior defense officials, navigating complex government law matters, and working on high‑stakes issues in ethics, personnel, and administrative law.

In addition to his role with Androski Law Firm, Joe is the founder and principal attorney of Joseph Androski Law Office, PLLC, where he represents clients in estate planning, probate, criminal defense, and military administrative law, including discharge upgrades. He has taught at the Naval War College and Naval Justice School, trained senior military leaders, and brings a wealth of courtroom, strategic, and government legal experience to every matter he handles.
